At Shekel Tech, we strive to provide excellent services. However, if you are not satisfied or wish to cancel a project, please read our refund and cancellation policy:
1. Project Cancellation
- Cancellation is only allowed before the project work begins.
- If the project has already started, partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: If requested within 24 hours of payment and no work has started.
- Partial refund: If the project has started but not completed.
- No refund: After project delivery or if more than 50% of the work is completed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration and hosting charges are non-refundable.
- Premium plugins or third-party purchases made on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@shekeltech.com with your order ID, reason for cancellation, and any relevant information.
We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7–10 working days.
