Upon receiving the payment and content/materials from the client, project delivery typically takes 3 to 15 business days, depending on the selected plan.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, branding assets, and timely feedback during the design process.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Shekel Tech remain the property of Shekel Tech until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client, except for any licensed third-party assets used.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
